With Hotjar’s service we analyse the user behaviour of every single user. It is not possible to see who is behaving in what way, but we can see your IP address and how it is behaving. Hotjar also uses this information to improve its service.

When you submit a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.
